I am a researcher, wanderer, performer and embodier fuelled by my curiosity of the human condition.

I work with communities around the world through a research-based practice to gain deeper knowledge of people's relationships to their bodies, territories, and the natural world. My biggest passion is facilitating spaces for people to connect with themselves, their bodies, and the natural world around them through embodiment practices, butoh, mindfulness, creativity, conscious dialogue, and ritual.
